The major role of the BA is to capture and document requirements for software development projects.  Within this role the
analyst is responsible for performing several duties that involve tracking various types of business analysis data and project
artifacts. This normally requires using several types of business analysis software.  Requirements TRAK provides one
centralized area to store and track project related data.  Functionality includes:

  • Project Management - Organize, track and manage project tasks and deliverables
  • Requirements Management - Effectively track requirements throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Change Request - Automate and effectively manage the change control process, from submission through actual
    implementation
  • Issue Tracking - Keep track of any type of project issue and resolve them easily and efficiently.
  • Task Tracking - This module allows you to assign and track project task
